Limited Warranty

We warrant to the original purchaser of the products listed below that these products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials during the applicable Warranty Period, subject to the following conditions. To approve your warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

1. You must have purchased the product from humbirdusa.com or an authorized Hummingbird dealer.
2. You must provide proof of your product’s purchase date.
3. If requested, you must return the product to Hummingbird.
4. You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with its instructions.

If a defect occurs under these conditions and during the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, replacement parts, or accessories. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

We may not be able to replace limited edition or discontinued products. If a replacement is not possible, we will replace the product with an equivalent model, based on availability. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may include design changes introduced after your original purchase.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer support team at info@humbirdusa.com with the following information:

1. Proof of purchase.
2. Details of the defect or issue with the product.
3. Any additional documentation requested by the support team.

If your claim is approved, and the return of your product is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the status of your claim. We generally process warranty claims within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your state. This warranty applies only to purchases made in the United States from humbirdusa.com or an authorized Hummingbird retailer.

No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty. Products purchased from unauthorized sources are not covered.
