Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout to avoid delays at customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your Hummingbird tracking page.
When will I receive my order?
We want you to receive your order as fast as possible!
International orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days after fulfillment. Once fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will appear on your tracking page.
My package seems to have stopped moving.
If your package stops moving at any point, don’t worry! It’s still on its way and likely clearing customs. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs or weather events. Your tracking page will reflect the latest shipping status.
Returns
At Hummingbird, we take pride in our products and want you to love them! All of our products come with a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note, Hummingbird does not provide return shipping labels or cover return shipping costs.
For products purchased from authorized dealers, such as Amazon, their return policy applies. Please contact them directly for assistance. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers are not covered under our return policy.
Returns Eligibility
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your products within the first 30 days, return them for a refund—no questions asked. Contact us, and our team will assist you with your request.
- Blade Refills: Must be unopened and in new condition.
How to Process a Return
- Fill out our contact form or email info@humbirdusa.com with your name, order number, and return request.
- Place the items in their original packaging with all components included.
- Clearly display your name and order number on or inside the return parcel.
- Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address.
- Email us the shipment receipt or tracking number for your return parcel.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available during the 30-day trial period. To initiate an exchange, email our support team. Products must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging. Consumable products must be at least three-quarters full for eligibility.
